We are a manufacturer of label form combinations. These products combine multiple business processes into a single label and form document. Instead of printing an order on copy paper and matching it up with packaging label and/or return label, this form can be complete with all of the above to serve many uses. By applying a stay flat liner and adhesive to the back of your current form, we can create an area of the form that can be die cut into one or more labels. Our standard products are made with 24# 92 bright laser-mocr. Our stay flat sheets are compatible with most laser and inkjet printers.
